Review on 🔧 KYB 343144 Excel-G Gas Shock: Unmatched Performance and Comfort by Mike Skinner

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Same length as Suzuki Carry shock absorbers!

I immediately felt the difference with my DD51T Key Truck. Fit almost perfectly. I say almost because they are the same length when compressed and expanded, stiffer than the stocks, but FYI the tab has a steel bushing that is longer than the shock mount. You can either cut the shock bushings off or replace the bushings if you know how, remove the washers from the mounts, etc. You are capable of doing this. I hope this helps someone with carry. Rear shock absorbers are hard to find. As for the shocks, the price was decent compared to my local auto parts stores. I will continue shopping on Amazon for now. I really liked the price. Finally, my complaint: the description says that the shock absorbers are from Japan. Spring. I read Mexico in every shock. I'm not complaining about which one is better because I don't know. I'm only complaining about the wrong description.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Interchangeable
