I ordered this product without being sure what it would do for me…. I am very pleased.It turns out that many of the best quality earphones have a cable attachmentBut must often our phones and pads do not have this connectionAlso, I had heard that it would be better to have a separate amplifierSo…. Recently I bought some highly rated Iem. (Intra ear monitor)I tried them with an iPad that has a 3.5 plug… but frankly was not thrilledSo, I bought this product … just in case it would make a differenceWell…. Night and Day difference…. Suddenly there is very punchy full bass that was previously missing without this ampThis only works with corded phonesIt will accept inputs from either cable or Bluetooth sourcesGives excellent volume control
