Review on 📞 ASUS White SV1TW Skype Video Phone with Touchscreen by Michele Rojas

We have 2 (one at home and one at the office) plus a gift for parents. Overall, the video and voice quality is very good, and the ease of use for someone who isn't a techie is excellent. Here's the bad news: - Asus is still in the 80's when it comes to tech support. I've had several email conversations with someone who barely spoke English and they didn't offer any responses other than "return device". (Asus: I have copies of all these emails.) - Support questions are related to using this device with WiFi and WEP keys (or any secure WiFi/password). The devices do not support - I repeat, NOT - the WEP key. It's unforgivable. However: - If you are using a wired network connection or WiFi that does not have a WEP key, it works fine. - Revain's return policy gives you a hassle-free refund if you are completely unsatisfied with the device. I challenge you to buy them as a tool to build strong family bonds. Just make sure someone who knows Skype sets it up for non-technical family members and uses it with networks that don't require a WEP key. Enjoy! R
