I changed my normal office chair to a high drafting chair
I bought a normal height office chair from a great deal. I needed a drafting chair first, but didn't want to spend more than $200 if needed just because we're quarantined at home. When the $50 chair arrived it turned out to be too low. I thought about returning it, but then I looked for this way. It was under $20 and worked right away. Installation is typical if you've ever replaced one of these on an office chair. The difficulty is not in replacing the frame, but in the old chair. Works great and is attractive.
