Review on Airaid 300 724 Jr Intake System by Michael Robertson

I had a K&N CAI for my truck before I got this one and I would like to buy it first instead of CAII, have headers on my 5.7 HEMI which boosts the sound and K&N got loud and deafening at full throttle at high revs. Since a standard box is used here, the sound is not that loud. Maybe a little louder than the full stock. In terms of performance, there isn't much of a difference compared to a dyno seat. I noticed that I was losing power with CAI due to heat. With this kit, the standard box insulates the filter better when only considering the ambient temperature and not the ambient temperature and engine heat.
