Review on 💧 Refreshing Drinking Water in Style: Brita Large 10 Cup Grand Water Pitcher with Filter - BPA Free - Green by Dawn Mattheis

This is my third BRITA jug. I LOVE HER! But I am very disappointed with this new one I just bought. Two questions! Very disappointing. The filter change indicator, which rises to add water to start the filter process, does not get stuck. Grrrrr. The second problem is a spout for pouring filtered water into a container. It's not a stream, it's a flood. I have to fill my bottles with water at the sink AND lose at least one whole bottle of filtered water as a result. When I fill the coffee pot, water pours all over the counter and floor. I know that I can also fill the tank in the sink, but since I've never had this problem, I forget when to fill the water tank. Pooh. I have written to the company and I am hoping they will send me a new one. Damn, I could take my husband over for a nice dinner, how much do these things cost. So. So. So. Disappointing. I loved the others and they were wonderful!
