The 1 terabyte versions of the FZEX series drives (WD1003FZEX) are in fact the usual repainted WD Blue WD10EZEX (. Xml?modelid=8342079&hid=91033), which are a thousand cheaper and slower. From WD Black they only have a sticker. Versions with a large number of gigabytes are honest WD Black, the problem is observed only with the 1-terabyte version of these drives. Perhaps a manufacturing error or intentional fraud on the part of the manufacturer. More about this issue: Refrain from buying.
