I used to only use Cricut and Silhouette mats but I took a chance and bought them because I needed them ASAP and the price was great. Since I've only cut vinyl so far, I wanted to try different grip thicknesses to make sure I didn't tear the cardboard when removing it from the grip mat. Well, I didn't have to worry about that. They seem amazing at first, but after only 10 sheets each of these grip mats gave out and I had to keep cutting. It doesn't matter if it was a light, normal, or strong grip; they all soon gave up. Btw I'm glad they were cheap but you get what you pay for and I certainly would have paid a little more to be able to complete my project without having to buy new rugs.
