What I don't like is the cross section and amperage of the cable. After 2 minutes of driving, the smell of warm rubber can be felt. No burning wire (yet), but you can stick your nose over the wire and you can smell and smell the best smell coming off the wires. The wire becomes extremely malleable (flexible and soft). The drawing of the 23A pump and the 30A fuse fitted must be of good wire gauge. My 60w bulb has the same cord. Probably 16 gauge. This pump requires a 12 gauge or larger. I let it run for 3 minutes, then turn it off and let it cool for 3-5 minutes. You are better off leaving the engine running if you are running all 4 tires due to the 23A draw in my opinion. My pool pump draws 23 amps and my fridge draws 8 amps and the clog won't come off, when it's running it draws at least 20 amps. Holy cow. And the power switch is only rated for 15A at 125VAC. I'll start by stripping solder and soldering onto a larger wire and a matching switch to dissipate heat. I can also take a 120mm computer fan to cool the heatsink.
