Headache! I needed 12 dresser handles, good thing there were 15 in the box because 3 handles broke during installation! The first few went great and I thought they were perfect. But then everything went wrong. When I tightened the knob, the inner screw stopped turning with the knob and loosened. See photo. It happened with 3 pins! I had to use a wrench to unscrew the inside of the handle from the screw, but it wasn't easy at all. I ended up with scratches and dents on the drawer from struggling to remove it. I added a new grip once I *finally* removed the stuck parts and now they are too loose. I am so disappointed with the end result. The holds are cute but not worth the effort, especially since I don't get the last few hits at all.
