Review on 🚿 Lead-Free Bathroom Lavatory: Premium Certified L3120ALF BK by Bill Howard

I was very happy with the faucet when I first received it. It looked great and the price was fantastic for a black faucet. Installation was easy and went smoothly. Unfortunately, after a year, the black surface of the faucet began to peel off. Not sure what kind of coating it is - it's almost like a sticker or plastic wrap. There were two separate soft bubbles that began to form and then eventually burst. It could be a manufacturing defect(?). I've tried emailing KES to see if they can help replace the faucet but haven't heard from them in 2 weeks.
