Description of 🚿 Lead-Free Bathroom Lavatory: Premium Certified L3120ALF BK

cUPC CERTIFIED: This matte black bathroom faucet meets U.S. and Canada high quality standard (Uniform Plumbing Code), certified by IAPMO. ALL METAL: Faucet body, handle are all made from T-304 Stainless Steel, with added 18/8 Chromium/Nickel content to protect against corrosion & rust. SUPERIOR AERATOR: KES multi-mesh aerator introduces air into the water stream to produce a larger and whiter stream that is soft to the touch and non-splashing. Flow Rate: 2.2 GPM (8.3 L/min) at 60 PSI. The screen in the aerator is able to trap small debris that would otherwise have made it out of your faucet. Although aerators can get clogged with debris, calcium and limescale, you can easily remove and clean them. EASY TO INSTALL: Mounting Hole Diameter: 1.2 to 1.4 inches (32 to 36mm). Max. Deck Thickness: 1.3 inches (35mm). Spout Reach: 4.1 inches (105mm). Water supply hoses, mounting hardware and instruction are included. INSURED QUALITY SUPPLY HOSES: Our hoses have nylon braided exterior, which protects against chemical corrosion (commonly caused by detergent) and rusting (yes, stainless steel will become rusty). And the inner tubing is made from PEX, safe for drinking water. With standard 9/16-25 UNEF connectors (of course made from lead-free brass, drinking water safe again!), you can easily connect our hoses with your stop valves. Moreover, our supply hoses have million dollar global insurance coverage.

THIS IS AMAZING FOR THE PRICE!

My husband and I bought this for our guest room, it is rarely used and we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. Very well made and easy to assemble. I'm a designer and I've installed faucets in clients' homes that cost a lot more and weren't made either. It's definitely worth it! We added a matte black panel under the faucet.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

looks great and looks solid

I confess I roll my eyes when people leave a review on a product they have not used. here i go We got this for my daughter's bathroom and have to wait for the countertop. But when I showed it to my husband he said "It cost a fortune" because it's heavy and feels and looks very durable. I told him NO! It was a great price. If we run into any issues installing or using it I'll update this, but if you're worried it'll look/feel flimsy or cheap then don't.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far

Top Quality - Sensor Faucets

This is by far the best deal. I renovate 2-3 houses a year and it's very cheap. This is my favorite faucet, it looks modern and expensive, but just the opposite. You can feel the brass quality and not the cheap American plastic junk they charge double the price for. Plus it comes with supply lines. I have to say it has water stains but give me a break it's not the end of the world. All in all I've bought this faucet probably 8-10 times and never had a problem even when it was wrapped to avoid…

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • I have no negative feelings, everything is just perfect

Defective or returned item?

I am very happy with my new faucet. Arrived today, well packaged. Ladies, this one came with its "dust bag". On closer inspection, it appears to be a one-off. It seems heavy and of high quality. And then I noticed this imperfection. Look at the photos. I've compared to the photos here and the part I've highlighted in my photos clearly doesn't match. Pretty disappointing. Hope this is easy to configure. I've tried it myself, but it's hard. Have my contractor take a look at it. There are also…

Not rustproof as advertised

THESE TAPS WILL RUST. I bought three of these faucets to install in two different bathrooms. Two faucets have been installed in the main bathroom, which has good air circulation and is a large bathroom, so there is rarely steam. In less than three months, both faucets show signs of rust. I contacted the seller to let them know this is the problem. The third faucet was not installed but as you can see I am not interested in using it as it will be in a small bathroom with lots of steam potential…

Water lines too short

I had to return this product because the water lines were too short. The description says 24 inches, which is way too small for my setup. We are building a new house and the connections and floors are standard height. The table top is also in standard height. The leads are long enough to barely touch the connectors, but it takes another inch to install. Be sure to measure beforehand. Most faucets have 2-3 inches more to give them enough length. Another note: the tap on the underside of the sink

Pros
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPPLY HOSES: Our hoses have a nylon braid exterior that resists chemical corrosion (commonly caused by detergents) and rust (yes, stainless steel rusts). And the inner tube is made of PEX, which is safe for drinking water. With standard UNEF 9/16-25 connectors (of course made of lead-free brass, again suitable for drinking water!) you can easily connect our hoses to your shut-off valves. In addition, our umbilicals are backed by $1 million worldwide insurance coverage.
Cons
  • No performance

Pleasantly surprised

I don't usually buy standard installations because if they break it can be a real disaster. This particular faucet caught my attention because it looks very similar to the famous brand name faucet I have in my guest bathroom, but it costs about a quarter of the price. I gave in to my inner curmudgeon and bought one. The looks and build quality are better than expected, it looks just as good as any of the mainstream branded products. The only potential downside I see is that replacement parts…

Looked fine for about a year.

I was very happy with the faucet when I first received it. It looked great and the price was fantastic for a black faucet. Installation was easy and went smoothly. Unfortunately, after a year, the black surface of the faucet began to peel off. Not sure what kind of coating it is - it's almost like a sticker or plastic wrap. There were two separate soft bubbles that began to form and then eventually burst. It could be a manufacturing defect(?). I've tried emailing KES to see if they can help…
