The mirror works great when placed in the shower. The same goes for any anti-fog mirror: if it does fog up, hold it under water for a few seconds to heat it up, then a few minutes is fine. But the mirror comes with a protective plastic layer that needs to be peeled off first. and it's CRAZY. It took me twenty minutes to finally do it! Even the label admits he can be "stubborn". I've tried nails but to no avail. The instructions say to use "coin" but it definitely didn't work and I have no idea how to do it. Finally, after ten minutes of trying to run a razor blade around the edge of a rounded corner, I managed to peel off a tiny piece of plastic and unfold the rest. But it's just stupid, stupid, stupid packaging. The manufacturer must either not include the film at all and find some other way to protect the mirror (like just putting it in a plastic bag or something), or add a *tab* to the protective film that can be easily lifted. Serious. Outside in 2018. We don't have to worry about packaging anymore. This is madness.
