It allows me as the IT admin or support person to see everything a client sees, it also keeps track of when tickets are opened/closed by users so we know how busy they have been, which helps us gauge our workloads etc. I like this because there's nothing better than knowing what you're working through currently! Some people may find it overwhelming but overall its good if you need something easy to use once set up properly. Its great having one place where everyone knows whats going on - from clients to employees to managers.
