Anyone who loves beadwork should put down the needle and learn how to make chain beads. Hook the thread, you will fly whatever you do. Compare the work done to the work done by the chain pin and you will see a big difference. Buy some sets, these hooks are very well made. But if you are a beginner you can stress the needle and it will break like I did with #70, so apply very little pressure when pulling the thread when creating the chain stitch. Stitch and you'll fly through your project much faster. PS: Every ten or more stitches, bar tack the last groove before continuing. Why do you ask? Because when you lose a chain stitch, every bead you attach stretches like never before. Great product, great seller.
