I had to cut off the rubber seal a bit before it became a seal of quality
The supplied rubber ring does not allow the lid to sit properly. I had to cut the rubber gasket off a bit before it was a quality gasket, fit well and worked properly. The lid itself is made of durable aluminum. The magnet isn't great, but it works.
