Mixed Feelings: A Review of TruCreatine (PEScience), 120 Capsule

TruCreatine is a product that I've had mixed feelings about since trying it out. On one hand, I've definitely noticed an increase in my energy levels during workouts, which has allowed me to push myself further than I have before. However, I have also experienced some unwanted side effects. One of the biggest issues I've had with TruCreatine is that it causes me to feel bloated and uncomfortable. This is something that I haven't experienced with other creatine products, and it's been a real letdown. Additionally, I've noticed that I don't see any real changes in terms of strength or muscle mass. Despite these drawbacks, there are also some good things about TruCreatine. For example, the capsules themselves are easy to swallow, and the price is quite reasonable compared to other creatine products on the market. Overall, I would give TruCreatine a 3-star review - it's not perfect, but it does have some positives that make it worth considering.

Pros
  • 3.94 x 3.94 x 3.94 inches; 4.23 Ounces
Cons
  • Expensive: PEScience TruCreatine, 120 Capsule is quite expensive compared to other creatine supplements available in the market. It might not be the ideal option for people who are on a tight budget
