Gorgeous colour! This blanket is everything. I would like to mention that I bought a king for the queen bed because I like my comforters to be long enough for my husband not to steal them lol. It's a real dark blue. Deep rich color with a beautiful design. The only complaint about the fabric is that it attracts EVERYTHING. I actually replaced another velvet throw that was frayed and too small and I really like it, but I have to say the lint and dog hair it attracts is not ideal. My old blanket never did that. It also generates a lot of static. (Remember you'll be just as shocked if you let your dog or cat sleep on the bed lol). It's warm here, but not too warm. But it's not cool to lay down on real velvet. He is very soft! Oily smooth. I haven't washed it yet but I'm sure it will only get better if I do. Definitely an update and bright colors for my room. I would recommend this primarily to people without pets, but if you can live with lint and static it's a good choice for pet owners too.
