The 5/16 ID and 3/4 OD sizes are so wrong

Received my first order and had to call to have it replaced as the washer was missing a 16th on the OD and was a 16th too big on the ID. Yes, I understand matching the inner size that the screw can fit, but they were too big. They promise me these washers will be delivered on Sunday as I had a deadline and they arrived on Monday and THEY WERE EXACTLY WHAT I SENT, in other words to use them with a 5/16 bolt, this washer slightly larger than the head of your bolt, you don't even need to use a washer. My horror is that I have just realized that I have ordered more hardware from this supplier. I keep my fingers crossed.
