Review on Acumen Invest by Jim Shirodkar

This tool has helped us to understand our customers better and also help us with forecasting demand for products. The dashboard view shows up-to-date information about customer behavior and allows me to make strategic decisions quickly. I wish there were more ways to customize this software so we can add additional features as they are needed instead of waiting for an update from Acumen. We use it primarily to track purchase behaviors but other functions like event registrations could be added if desired. There's nothing specific we dislike about this product. However, since this is just a start, adding some customizations would definitely improve its functionality. Overall, it works well and gives insight into purchasing trends which allows us to plan accordingly.
