Review on High-Speed USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) 2-Port Type C Expansion Card with Asmedia Chipset for Windows & Linux – PCI-E PCI Express 4X (2XType C) by Firman Harrington

I put this little card in an HP 8300 Win 10 Pro Desktop PC to back up large music and video catalogues. I decided to pair it with Samsung T5 SSDs. I couldn't be happier with the result. I've seen large file transfer speeds approaching 400Mbps. I regularly see 150-250 Mbps for small files in the 30-50MB range. No setup required. I simply opened the case, inserted the card, closed the case, booted up, plugged in the T5 and started. There is nothing easier. When you have large files, you need a good, reliable card like this one. I am very happy.
