Excellent filter, high quality materials. Just feels like a high performance product out of the box. I experienced an MPG jump of about 2 per gallon on my 2009 Mercedes C300. There are no noticeable changes in HP. 1 star deduction because of the accuracy of fit in the air filter housing. It didn't fit as well as my last man filter. At the contact point with the rubber there is a ridge that is a bit higher than I need for my car. It's a very tight fit, but it fits after you really tighten the screws. So it works as advertised, but it doesn't fit perfectly with the 2009 C300, nor with most OEM parts for Benz.
