Big hit in HP! in Air Filters & Accessories

Amazing performance increase! 1mpg lost but the performance boost is worth it! Additional comment: I spoke to the dealer about the filter. He recommended that when adding oil after cleaning the filter, you should wait at least two days for the oil to soak into the filter or dry. . Otherwise, excess oil will be sucked out of the filter and the intake sensor will be damaged by oil and its replacement will be very expensive.

We noticed the difference right away - easy do-it-yourself repair and upgrade

Noticed the difference right away. I have installed K&N air filters on all my cars for years and the difference on our E500 was the most noticeable change I have ever seen. The car just breathes better, acceleration feels smoother and fuel efficiency has improved. Switching was easy and took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I like that they don't need to be replaced again and that they offer better performance and protection than cheap and dusty paper filters.

Fits well as always. easy to install and lasts forever. I have them in all my cars so it was an easy choice when my Mercedes needed air filters. Replace a small amount of oil that is on the filter, possibly sprayed and collected on the absolute pressure sensor. You will get a check engine light. If you have an honest mechanic you can clean the MAP sensor. If not, buy a $1800 MAP sensor. Although I love K&N air filters, this filter has caused me a lot of heartache because I had to go to the…

Excellent filter, high quality materials. Just feels like a high performance product out of the box. I experienced an MPG jump of about 2 per gallon on my 2009 Mercedes C300. There are no noticeable changes in HP. 1 star deduction because of the accuracy of fit in the air filter housing. It didn't fit as well as my last man filter. Mo is better, faster, more beautiful.

I've replaced the factory filter in my cars in four of the last five cars I've owned. Always with excellent results, more performance, more economy. While waiting for the new filters to be fully seated in my Benz I can see an overall improvement in suction and what appears to be a smoother transition in power flow, we'll see in a few weeks.
