I like it. It seems to have quite a high calorific value as it is light and thin. Just don't expect it to be the equivalent of a thick wool hat. You can attach the patch on the front or back. There is also a zip pocket on the back. Not sure what the person needs it for, or even put it in, but ok. Suppose you could hide the key to the handcuffs there. It's not very noticeable and people don't expect a pocket in a skinny hat. Patches on the front and back allow a typical American flag patch to be attached. I personally find that with a patch this big it looks pretty silly because the patch doesn't match the curve of your head. I added a small name tag and a same size cat eye patch to the back and they fit my large bowler hat better. Great hat with unusual features at a reasonable price. I like Helikon stuff.
