Review on 🔌 Anker AK-68ANHUB-LB4A-0009 AH401: High-Speed 4-Port USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Hub with 3.3-Foot Cable by Gent Dobson

I'm editing this review because of the extremely pleasant and helpful experience with Anker's customer service. When I received this I was dissatisfied to find that my external hard drive and USB 3.0 flash drives would not connect to it. Although it worked fine with one of my USB 3.0 devices. After hearing about my bad experience, Anker called me to ask what my problem was. I told them it didn't work and they rushed me a new powered USB 3.0 hub. The new hub initially had the same problems as the old one. It wasn't until they called me a second time to ask about my experience with the new hub that we realized it wasn't products at all, it was a Renesas USB 3.0 host controller that needed a manual update. Now both centers are working as expected and I am a very happy customer for life. Thank you Anker for the exemplary customer service! Thank you Patrick! tldr: Great product, great company!
