Good support cuatomer

The round case was too big to fit in my 2005 GMC Sierra 7 pin trailer connector. I sanded it for 20 minutes, after that it fits perfectly. I contacted the seller who stated that the sizing issue was/is being resolved. I was impressed with the customer care.
