The hotkey options are terrible

It looks like the device is nominally working as a kvm. The default behavior is a very annoying beep when using and booting the device. You can only disable it with a hotkey. Hotkeys can only be used on some keyboards. What the developers call "basic". The keyboard requirements for working with hotkeys (thus disabling the worst culprit of this entire product) are undefined. The keyboard is the keyboard. If hotkeys are required to use the device, most keyboards should be acceptable. It doesn't seem to be. There are 4 USB slots, only 2 are available as regular USBs and the other 2 must be used by the "simple" mouse and keyboard. You can turn anything into regular USB ports, but that requires hotkeys, so a "simple" keyboard is required. Again, "base" isn't defined in any of their documentation. It's 2021 outside. Computer electronics shouldn't sound like a medical device from a coma ward. All keyboards should work immediately after installation if the keyboard is required for the full functionality of the device. All in all this is a terrible product apart from the fact that it performs the basic functions of switching between electronic signals. What a terrible user experience. I would give it 1 star but the device seems to be working adequately. Your UX is so bad.
