Nice style, very good for what it is

This faucet is really good for what it is - a modern faucet in a unique style with some interesting features and a manufacturer who communicates well, even with Proper support may take some time. Pros: Modern design with some features not typically found at this price point, namely spout and head that rotates 360 degrees. This makes it easier to position and direct the jet, as well as easy cleaning of the aerator. Overall, installing a single hole faucet is easy, or at least no more difficult than any other faucet I've installed. Universal brushed nickel, which is good. Some cheaper polished nickel finishes are usually yellow in tint; Not this one. - Generates good water pressure with a powerful, aerated jet from the business end of the spout. - The manufacturer responds to emails through Revain for overseas business. Cons: - Mine didn't have the oval base plate that covers the other two holes in the 3 hole sink that I should have had. The manufacturer was willing to send replacements, but that would take a week or two. Instead, I bought one locally. On the plus side, when I let them know they promptly refunded the cost of this replacement. Thanks for that! - There are two special supply hoses that screw into the bottom of the faucet. While I love the design, it's hard to be sure they fit perfectly and almost impossible to get a tool to tighten them. Although mine doesn't leak, I wasn't sure until it was installed and tested. It should be easier to tighten them. The threaded mounting ring and nut that tightens under the sink is flimsy compared to the rest of the faucet. With good accessibility and strength, it can be tightened by hand to keep the valve above the sink from turning. A crack was delivered with limited access and the use of a long wrench squeezed tightly. I was afraid the ring or nut would break before it was tightened. They should be thicker and stronger. Unlike the rest of the faucet, the end of the valve lever has been roughly machined. This is easily done with fine sandpaper and a careful touch, but contrasts with the beautiful finish of everything else. It is VERY easy for a child (or a less cautious adult) to open the valve wide when the flow is up or out of the sink. Be sure to check the position of the nozzle before each use! All of this: While there are a few things to consider when installing and using, for the money you get good style, function and overall finish for half or maybe even a third of what you'd pay for the same from a bigger brand. While this will likely get you more reliable assembly parts (which you can get at your local hardware store for just a few extra dollars), it's a great deal.
