Review on Koh I Noor Dye Based Universal Drawing 3080F VI0 by Wendy Rodriguez

This makes me really sad because I love Koh-i-Noor products but one of the main reasons I bought this ink is because it's waterproof. I tested it 3 times and every time I painted something with it I let it dry completely and when I went back to watercolor it bled horribly. The first time I wasn't ready for that and ruined the whole character. Wasn't that lucky. Then I did the second and third tests with a crowbar and the same thing. I had very high hopes for this ink but unfortunately it just won't work for my process. It would be nice if I applied the ink after I've applied the watercolor, but for something that claims to be waterproof I expect it to be waterproof. The black ink I got from koh-i-noor works great and is completely waterproof. But the purple mascara is very disappointing.
