Review on Water Rescue Throw Bag by Obcursco - 70ft Reflective Rope, Floating Line for Kayaking, Whitewater Boating, Rafting, Ice Fishing, Swimming by Khaled Ribeiro

Update: Obcursco contacted and ended up sending me a new one. The new buckle works as it should. I haven't had to use it much yet, but on the few throws I've only made in the backyard, the rope kind of caught itself. Not so much that I'm concerned, although I do think it will become smoother over time and perform better when wet. Original: Bought before an upcoming whitewater rafting trip. Everything seems fine with me, except that the bar bucket is not held together. Unfortunately the bag fell off every time we went down the rapids and picked up water. Luckily the bag floats and one of us was able to grab it as it floated down the river. Due to issues with the clips (which I'm sure they outsource) I can't rely on them hence a poor rating.
