They stay in place

My concern was if they would stay in place and if they were the right diameter so the chair legs wouldn't drag across the carpet. This evidence was provided on both counts. They have been in use for about a month and are holding up well. The diameter is just right to protect the full diameter of the chair legs from contact with the carpet without appearing "chunky". I roughed up the underside of the chair legs with a rasp and rubbed them with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol before installing the glides.
