Review on Viski 4371 Professional Lewis Mallet by David Silva

The price confused me a little (I'm a curmudgeon), but I made up and bought it as a gift for my husband. We guys love cocktails, especially tiki drinks, and crushed ice is very important. We made a plastic bag (what a waste) and a sander side cloth and it's not great. Uneven pressing and even with bits of ice from the towel all over the place so everything ends up getting wet. The mallet is nice and wide, it breaks all the ice in just a few hits, the bag is a nice thick canvas holding all the ice in place, no escaping. It's really just a well-made thing that does its job very well. Definitely recommend.
