Review on CrownCoat Brushable Sealant Standard Color by Steve Brethorst

Works well and looks like it was made by a professional. I used a small brush and covered the entire top and sides of the chimney cap. I filled some cracks with chimney mortar and plastered after the mortar had dried. Looks great and is easy to apply. The hardest part is getting around the front of the chimney without falling off the roof!
