Essentially a full-featured 10-inch Android tablet car stereo interface; In addition to radio control, you can play your favorite games, surf the web, watch YouTube videos and install other apps as if you were installing on your phone through the Wi-Fi capabilities, or connect to your phone's hotspot and use cellular data connection . Touch sensitivity is pretty good. It takes a few seconds to load, so you have to wait longer than your friend's car to listen to music. Some manufacturer apps are useless if you can't read Mandarin, but they can be easily removed and replaced. I ended up losing one of the metal brackets in the dash somewhere near the firewall, leaving the unit not fully secured and the lower right corner hanging loose. Installation of metal clips is not possible unless you contact the Honda dealer parts department. They aren't sold at any dealership near me. I wouldn't be surprised if the dealer couldn't find them either. The instructions are a joke (pictures). It briefly explains the features in broken English and contains only a few installation instructions. Although it's made for the Civic and there are some good videos showing the installation process, useful and detailed explanations and illustrations were expected from the manufacturer. The system specs aren't even listed, so I had to look for things like speaker output per channel, processor speed, where the memory chip is located, how to properly upgrade or update the unit, etc. The Dasaita website is no better find for this information. . I bought this during the winter months so I don't know how well this device will hold up in the extreme summer heat of the Mojave Desert where I live. This heat is concentrated and intensified in the car. I'd be surprised if it started before the car air conditioner had cooled everything down. I am seriously considering purchasing a third party extended warranty to resolve this issue. These types of electronics typically don't handle heat very well, even when turned off, and although this device doesn't have the lithium battery that tablets typically use for power. Just take a look. There is a lot to think about at this point. I just started playing with it. So far, so good! I will try to remember to update this review about 6 months after being exposed to the summer heat.
