Good in theory, not easy to use

I've read the reviews and many of them seemed very positive. So I went ahead and bought it. After placing the order I went out and researched further and realized that it might not be as good as some of those reviews said and I considered canceling it but I didn't. When I received it yesterday I immediately opened it and started using it. And here is what I found. All blades are incredibly sharp, so be very careful. They are well marked as sharp. The bowl is great, the lid for it and the spout lid are fantastic, these are the best features of this item. The handle is a POS because they made it too high, if it was closer to the top of the lid it would work better. The cleavers are worthless, they couldn't plow through even a small amount of weedy vegetables, and I turned them in different directions to no avail. Of course, the more I rotated it, the more vegetables that were loose became smaller. An epic fail The replacement blades fit snugly in the included lid but were very difficult to manage due to the small amount of space you need to push a veg and the narrow blades. It's hard to explain, but you need a longer ramp to get the veggies moving to be able to slide them through the blade. I have a $0.75 shredder with replaceable blades that I bought used that works better! 😧I think it's a good concept, but this "food processor" just doesn't work in practice. I will keep looking for something better.
