First I opened the box, took it apart and thought to myself"This is just a lamp that connects to the handlebars of a bicycle with a simple plug". (It is also equipped with a separate turn signal, which makes driving even safer.) So I was a little underwhelmed at first. But then I used the product and the beauty is definitely in its simplicity. First, it's very durable - a solid metal body that looks like it's going to last. Second, it's easy to set up and looks great. Third, it's flexible (again because it's "just a flashlight that attaches to the handlebars of a bike"). A lot of these lights are designed so that you plug them into your bike and they just stay in place forever. But with this product, you can just turn off the device and just use it as a flashlight, whether you are out at night or just at home when you need an extra flashlight. As a side note, it's very easy to turn it on while driving, but hard to turn it off accidentally. I am very happy with this product and look forward to using it this spring when the weather gets better!
