Review on Flame Effect LED Light Bulb by Mark Cannon

I was hoping that the flame effect would improve the atmosphere on my patio. There is barely enough light to see a person seated at a small table. I have three lanterns that I use on this patio and they look like insect lanterns but not bright. I was hoping they would be as good as my Tom Care flashlights which I love and they are very realistic. UPDATE I haven't returned the lights yet and sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. We would like to get some tips from the manufacturer for optimal working conditions. Unfortunately they have to go back.
