Use this with my PS4 and computer so I can use my wireless headphones. It's not a problem for me, although I've noticed that sometimes I have to unplug and plug back in my headphones if they don't connect. I didn't notice any delays in the sound. The instructions are pretty basic and mine said you just had to press the button on the dongle to connect, but I had to hold mine for it to work. After you connect once, the headset should connect automatically. I'm not very good with the PS4 controller mic plug, but my friends said it works fine, so it's not a big deal for me. Overall very satisfied considering how cheap the price was
