Whistle not working

We tried the whistles on both shoes and neither worked. It's not a dog whistle. It emits a small puff of air and you can hear the air coming out, but it doesn't whistle. Although the clicker works great. I would still recommend this as a clicker but not for the advertised clicker and whistle combo.

For effective pet training, always reward with a treat after clicking.
