I bought (4) of these 18x13 pans - (2) sets (2). I bought these to use with my Checkered Chef Racks. When the pans arrived; I used them straight away without frames and thought they were great. Later, when I had 5 pounds of jerky ready to put in the oven, I found that the Checkered Chef racks wouldn't fit in the pots. It never occurred to me that the pans could be the wrong size. Long story (sorry) - after days of searching for new grates to fit my pans, I finally decided to measure the pans. The size of the pan was about 17 1/4" x 12 1/4" (and it was on top of the pan that sloped down making my racks too big. Besides being the wrong size , the pans are really very good. Sturdy, good quality and easy to clean. I sent the pans back.
