I like that they are a great company to work with. They are always working to improve their products and services. They are always listening to the community and responding to user feedback. I wish that they had more features and functionality at the beginning. They have made it easier to use the website and to get more people involved with online giving. I would highly recommend GiveGab to anyone looking for a great company to work with. I have been able to use their website to easily raise money for my organization. I have also been able to use their email marketing to send out emails to our followers. I have also been able to use their social media marketing to get the word out about our organization. I love how quickly we were able to set up an entire platform with our organization! The customer service was amazing as well (they're in San Diego!). It's been almost two years since we started using them, but they haven't let us down yet. We've had no issues when it comes to setting up campaigns or managing donations. If you are looking for someone who will put your needs first, this is the team for you!! They have helped us create customized campaigns and manage all aspects from start to finish.
