It's very user friendly but it can feel like some things are not as intuitive when working through them in your first week or two than others find quickly after that! But you get there if given enough training & support resources available at their end which we have had over many years now too :) Not much really though I suppose other companies could do more workflows integration etc without additional costs? We've been able compare our processes against this software since 2013 across multiple airlines within Europe/Africa regions using different methods suchas 3rd party tools vs manual comparison toolset built into system itself via API integrations where applicable.
