If you're reading reviews of this product, you already know what you're looking for. I've been using it for 3 weeks till now. I've used it daily so far. Brewing is fairly simple and straightforward. The cleaning service is also very convenient. It's too early to talk about durability, but so far it's holding up well. Let's talk about the most important thing -"fragrance". We experienced a stronger coffee flavor when we enabled the tree button on the device, and I quickly became a fan of this feature. Please look at the pictures and see how well he made our coffee. I used to use a 2 cup Turkish coffee maker (another brand) but honestly Saki does a better job than them at half the price.
