These are exact matches to my 1994 Ford F350 Dually.
Fits my 1994 Ford F350 Dual Crew Cab exactly. You will need to cut a ground piece on the base plate to get the original plug through the hole, since my fenders are fiberglass and this light is intended to be grounded to a metal fender. I used a Dremmel with a cutting wheel and removed it with no problem. These lights are no longer available from Ford.
