A foot up! good for me
Back in 2017 I had foot surgery and afterward my orthopedics physician recommended these. I'm in the food service and and spend long hours on my feet. At some point for reasons unknown I stopped wearing them. Recently my feet and lower back began to bother me and I remembered these. Immediately I felt the difference! The great thing about these is they fit in just about all of my shoes. If your shoes are slightly big that helps. They are also made so that if they are too big you can cut them down to size. I don't endorse a lot of products. But if you have "flat feet" or poor arch support these are worth a try.
