These do a great job. They were recommended to me by my podiatrist and I am very glad I got them. As long as I use them my feet no longer bother me. I've tried cheaper ones but they just don't do the job as well as these do.

I have 2 pairs of these. One for my every day shoes and one for my work boots. I have very high arches and these give me the support I need to function and stay active. I dont even notice they are in my shoes anymore. I do however notice when they arent because my knees and back instantly start to hurt again.

This was great. It helped my 11yr old daughter to relieve her pain from fallen arches.However they were so wide and she had to get bigger shoes ro fit them which was an inconvenience.She also had get 11-13 size inserts to fit her arch when her shoe size was 7.

These are great supports for my arches. They give me the support I need all day including 2 mile walks. Also great for toes since the supports are 3/4 length which doesn't crowd them.

I went to Ideal Feet 3 years ago and spent $450 on 2 pair of hard plastic inserts with a lifetime warranty. Three years later no more Ideal Feet or warranty. Big surprise right? Unfortunately these are no return and are a complete waste of money. Save your money.Do NOT buy these. They do not stay in place. They drift in your shoe and are terribly uncomfortable. They lasted half a day until I removed them. I would NOT recommend these to anyone. I normally don't write reviews unless the product is great or awful. This one is AWFUL. Buyer beware.

Product works PERFECTLY but check box upon receipt for a right AND left.I purchased extra boxes and one contained 2 lefts!:/.I have not ever again had to deal with plantar fasciitis since first buying these 20 years ago. They both healed my plantar fasciitis and prevented any future occurrences. I’m shoe size 7-7.5 and buy size 2. Easily fits all my athletic & walking shoes, hiking boots, etc. no problem. I steam them about a minute to increase arch height slightly, and slip them right in.
