Unfortunately these are no return and are a complete waste of money. Save your money.Do NOT buy these. They do not stay in place. They drift in your shoe and are terribly uncomfortable. They lasted half a day until I removed them. I would NOT recommend these to anyone. I normally don't write reviews unless the product is great or awful. This one is AWFUL. Buyer beware.
