No sound, system hangs

I bought this screen after reading reviews from other customers and the system is not working properly. It freezes when you try to follow the instructions. The YouTube installer does not show or fix how to bring audio back to life. I've tried all the tricks that the guide said, but the system freezes at the very last step when "AUX" is selected in step 5. I do NOT recommend this device at all and I am making my return request as soon as possible.
