Selfish Ecologist II

We are very happy with Green Earth's compostable, biodegradable bags. Since autumn 2017 we have been using Green Earth 13 liter bags in the kitchen and 3 liter bags in the bathroom. If we stuff garbage with sharp corners into bags, we risk tearing them. We ripped open the bags and stuffed too much into them. The bags still hold together well enough to pull the bag out and throw it in the bin outside. We compost separately so we don't use them for compostable products. We love the thickness and size, and they *decompose*! That's why we like them. We usually empty our kitchen bags every 2-3 days. Once the bag started to decompose because we carelessly left wet garbage for 4 days or more. We emptied the jar into another new packaging, no problem! It has taken some time and effort to change our habits towards this junk, but a small step of humanity makes these packages worthy of us.
