The best thing about this program is that it can help you manage all of your employees schedule. I can set up time offs, holidays etc. It will also keep track of any missed shifts or late arrivals. There are some things that it doesn't do as well like tracking employee performance and attendance. I would recommend getting in touch with them to get everything figured out so that you don't have any issues down the road. It has helped me more than I thought it would since it does track almost everything that you need to. I am able to see what my staff's schedule is each day and how early they start their work days. This helps me know if they are working hard or not since I know when they started their shift.
